INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT GOODS 2025-058 (NP) Printing and Publication of City Ordinances, Catbalogan City
The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2025 Sangguniang Panlungsod - General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Seventy Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Pesos (₱77, 840.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration within Seven (7) from the receipt of Notice to Proceed under Section 53.9 of RA 9184 Printing and Publication of various ordinances for Goods 2025-058 (NP). Partial bids are not allowed and Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat at the City Procurement Office 4th Floor City Hall Catbalogan City and inspect the Documents from 10:00 am-5:00 pm from the date of posting until 9:00 am of April 30, 2025
