The general task of the project is for the employee to construct a Good Learning Center includin
• Construct 1 Good Learning Center building consisting of 3 rooms (218.5m2 [23m*9.5m])
following the provided Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and design drawings
• Develop a detailed workplan (Gantt Chart) of the construction project and share with employer
before project initiation
• Install furniture work as described in the provided BoQ
Taks Excluded
Other project related tasks that are not the responsibility of the employee including:
• Ensuring sufficient voltage level (32 ampere) and electricity cable access to construction site
• Installation of furniture, computers, and other interior not included in the provided BoQ
