Tender Details SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply, delivery and 60-month lease of Golf Course Equipment behalf of the Department of Tourism Heritage & Culture - Mactaquac Provincial Park.

If bidding on an "equivalent" product, Bidders should submit product specifications with their bid submission.
LEASE AGREEMENT
Please refer to the attached document. Bidders should submit the completed lease agreement with their bid submission.
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Compliant bids will be evaluated and awarded based upon the Lease Payments plus Residual and meeting General Accepted Accounting Principal (GAAP), and meeting the terms and conditions listed within this tender document.
HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
Bidders are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE--the price for a single product within the Tender Item--under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Bidders should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' column directly on this Invitation to Tender. The "Total including all charges" should NOT include taxes.
All delivery / shipping charges MUST be included in the Unit Price.
DELIVERY DATE
Bidder should deliver the goods on or before June 15, 2026. The delivery shall be FOB to the Mactaquac Provincial Park, 1256 Route 105, Mactaquac, New Brunswick. Deliveries thereafter the requested date may be cancelled.
