The office of the comptroller of the currency (occ) intends make an award to thomson reuters (markets) llc for the purchase of twelve (12) subscriptions to gold sheets weekly on a sole source basis utilizing far 13.5 procedures. In accordance with 41 u.s.c. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by far 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Information on gold sheets weekly is critical to the ongoing assessments of wholesale credit risk and asset quality determinations in banks.
