Bidders wishing to attend a mid-tender briefing must request an invitation via this portal by FRIDAY 3RD OF FEBRUARY.Property Holdings is seeking to commission a consultancy to conduct a detailed condition survey of the properties under its administration. The consultancy is expected to provide and/or manage all the necessary disciplines required for the survey. The estate to be surveyed covers approximately 400 properties with around 1, 100 blocks/buildings associated with them. A schedule of the properties to be surveyed is attached as Appendix 1. The survey is to include: - the buildings - maintenance, repair and renewal - the services - maintenance, repair and renewal - the immediate grounds - maintenance, repair and renewal - the identification of statutory non-compliance and health & safety risks on the above-mentioned areas.
