The opportunity is open to bids from on and off-island companies, partnerships, consortia to deliver the range of skills/expertise to deliver the services. This project is of great importance to Jersey and has an ongoing high level of public and political interest. Off-island consortia are encouraged to partner with local practices, where appropriate, to support their team and provide local insight and understanding. The Government of Jersey is looking for an expert creative team to produce a visionary framework plan (“VFP”) for Fort Regent within the area covered by the draft Southwest St. Helier Planning Framework ("SWSHPF”). This team will become the clients VFP Team for this project.
