Goj - Jph - Provision Of A 3G Artificial Pitch, Grass Running Track, Rural Track And Landscaped Areas.
The Education Department (CYPES) has acquired a field adjacent to St Johns School and wishes to create a 3G Artificial Pitch, a grass running track, rural track and landscaped areas.
The pitch and field will be accessible from the school but segregated with fences from the public footpath that is also to be formed.
The 3G Pitch will be approximately 40.5 x 30.5m = 1, 240sqm
The anticipated programme is up to 20 weeks starting in March/April and the target completion date is end of July 2024.
Contractors will be expected to understand and follow the ACoP11 and the Health and Safety (Management in Construction)
(Jersey) Regulations 2016.
