The purpose of this Request For Information (RFI) is to determine the capabilities of potential suppliers to deliver a computer software system solution capable of meeting the requirements of the Government of Jersey (GoJ) in its requirements regarding an In-Cell Education and Media (entertainment) System to be used within the Jersey Prison Service. The solution provided can either be a customised off the shelf product or a bespoke development that meets the specific demands of the local environment. In addition, prospective vendors may also with to evaluate the separate RFI for the Government of Jersey regarding its requirements for the provision of an Offender Case Management System to be used jointly by the Jersey Probation service, Jersey Family Courts, and the Jersey Prison Service.
