Scope of Work/Overview: The work includes but not limited to: .1 Demolish the five existing residence cabins and a pump house, including the basement of the houses. .1 Provide proper abatement for hazardous materials. .2 Backfill demolished building with approved material. .3 Remove existing septic tanks. .4 Water well to be abandoned and capped. .5 Contractor to perform species at risk sweep prior to commencing work on-site. .6 Electrical Service to each building to be removed to nearest pole. Pole Lighting to remain functional. .1 Contractor to coil service wires from building D and E to the hydro poles for future building connections. .7 Propane piping to be removed from building to tank. .8 Complete topographical survey showing final elevations after work has been complete. Locate all points of interest including new housing pads, power poles, road location, etc.
