Scope of Work/Overview:To convert change room in room 310 to office space.Additional Description:Conversion of change room to one (1) office space at the Edmonton NFLS building. Work includes:- Safely demolish and dispose of ceramic floor and wall tiles, ceilings, interior drywall partitions and doors, flooring, millwork, shower, toilet, sink and counters (fully gut the space).- Cut, terminate, and make safe all services no longer needed in the room, including electrical, sanitary, venting, and water.- Supply and install a new T-bars, ceiling tiles and two in-ceiling LED lights throughout.- Clarification of the suspended ceiling system, specifically the acoustic performance and type of T bar/grid system.- Patch plumbing holes through the floor.- Supply and install carpet tiles and rubber wall base (style and colour to be determined by the RCMP NFLS).- Patch, tape and sand all drywall and make ready for painting.- Supply paint and paint all walls (paint type and colour to be determined by the RCMP NFLS).- Add additional electrical outlets according to code as needed to ensure adequate supply.- Relocate and adjust sprinkler heads to suite the new layout.- Consultant to include any required updates to fire life safety system and equipment (i.e. occupancy sensors, smoke detectors, strobes, etc.) to ensure space meets code.- Install a new 3-x7- door with pressed steel frame complete with hardware, must meet RCMP security standards.
