1. The Governor-s Office (GO) had requested for the Procurement of Other Supplies and Materials intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Pesos (₱1, 958, 970.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for charge to MOOE, 5-02-99-080 to cover eligible payments for which this Request of Quotation is issued.
