1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (5-02-03-060) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Forty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Twelve Pesos and Twenty Centavos (₱7, 446, 912.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Welfare Goods for the GO-Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (GO-PDRRMO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
