1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (CO-SB No.1, S-2026, 1-07-06-010) intends to apply the sum of Forty Five Million Pesos (₱45, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Heavy Equipment for the Governor-s Office (GO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
