Services are paid by fixed prices. The mission entrusted consists of assistance to the project owner over the entire Multimodal Exchange Hub operation at Narbonne station in order to - Assist the project owner in the finalization of the AVP PEM - Assist the project owner in all administrative procedures including that of contracting with the SNCF and partners - Assist the project owner in the conduct of the consultation and selection of the project manager - Assist the project owner in the conduct of the consultation and selection phase of the works companies - Assist the project owner in the choice and implementation of additional studies - Conduct the administrative procedures necessary for the project, - Ensure partners are informed about the progress of the project
