Transport of the order in both directions at the expense and risk of the Contractor (address: ul. Gazowa 6; 20-406 Lublin). 2. Creditor may not transfer the receivables of the order to a third party without the written consent of the Ordering Party.3. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery of the item with the invoice. If the invoice is delivered after the delivery date, the 30-day period will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the debtor, and in the case of delivery of the invoice before delivery of the order, the deadline will be counted from the date of delivery of the subject of the order.4. The parties determine the date of payment of the receivable as the date of debiting the payer's account.5. Deadline validity period of the delivered assortment cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party.6.
