Glostrup Boligselskab - Fuglestien These tender conditions concern the conclusion of a turnkey contract for the construction of the Fuglestien public housing development for Glostrup Boligselskab. The task is offered as a turnkey contract on behalf of Glostrup Boligselskab, which is the builder. Glostrup Boligselskab wishes to develop and build a total of 95 homes, divided into the following types: - 25 homes for Opgangsfællesskaber: municipal housing, built as general family housing - 40 Family homes: general family homes - 30 Youth housing: general youth housing Glostrup Municipality and Glostrup Boligselskab want - based on the need for a replacement for the housing options on Vestervej and Toftevej - to establish a new, diverse residential area with youth housing, family housing and start-up communities for citizens with special needs. The building is placed as a neighbor to Glostrup Boligselskab's existing department at Fuglestien. The vision for the project is to create a new development with functional, flexible and affordable housing in one inviting and human scale. Here, the residents must be able to naturally take part in a living community, while at the same time there is the opportunity for peace, privacy and withdrawal.
