The establishment plans to achieve these objectives by conducting a design-build real estate operationOf an establishment open to the public (Erp) presenting the following general characteristics: Centralize the activity in Dijon by grouping autism spectrum disorders (ASD) within a platform: 6 day care places (Aj ) Currently located in Essey (21320); 59 Sessad Squares(Including the 27 Sessad places currently located in Saint Apollinaire in premises that have become too narrow following an increase in activity); The call for projects won PCPE (welcoming 15-25 children and young adults). In Optional Phase: Propose a New Respite Offer (5 Places)For Accompanying Persons (To be expected in terms of concurrent or subsequent extension)

The establishment plans to achieve these objectives by carrying out a real estate operation of design-construction of an establishment open to the public (ERP) having the following general characteristics: Centralize the activity in Dijon by grouping within a Troubles platformAutism Spectrum Disorder (ASD): 6 day care places (AJ) currently located in Essey (21320); 59 SESSAD places (including the 27 SESSAD places currently located in Saint Apollinaire in premises that have become too narrow following an increase in activity); The call for projects wone PCPE (welcoming 15-25 children and young adults). In optional phase: Propose a new respite offer (5 places) for accompanying persons (to be planned in terms of concomitant or subsequent extension) The services of this contract are however broken down into 2 phases: Phase 1 Conception, Phase 2 Realization
