Global public performance contract (MPGP) for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the heating network in the Rétimare Briquerie district in Yvetot To achieve the Energy and Environmental Performance Objectives, are entrusted to the Holder the following services:  The design and implementation of a work program relating to Primary Facilities, including monitoring, management and submission of Administrative Authorizations and subsidy requests: new central heat production boiler room (biomass/gas), new heat distribution networks (replacement of existing ones and creation for new buildings) and primary heat delivery stations in substations existing and future (connection and primary exchangers including regulation);  Financing the Works program;  Delegated management of the Heat Network: o Energy monitoring; o Production, distribution and supply of energy thermal up to the Substations; o Managing relations with subscribers, and in particular concluding Subscription Policies and collecting revenues owed by Subscribers; o Operation, upkeep and maintenance of Primary Facilities; o The gros entretien, le renouvellement et la garantie totale des Installations Primaires ; Le Titulaire assure ses missions dans le respect :  the principle of continuity of the Service;  all the available...
