Award of a public contract overall performance within the meaning of article L.2171-3 of the public procurement code, relating to: - On the design and construction of a sludge methanization unit, including all associated works and equipment (thickening, upstream storage and downstream, methanization, biogas treatment, dehydration, return treatment, deodorization, VRD, technical building, etc.) and improvement work at the station entrance; - On operation, upkeep, maintenance, management heritage, management of sludge, by-products, waste and discharges, monitoring, regulatory self-monitoring, management of the information system and data, and assistance to SITEUCE for all current and future installations of the Colmar wastewater treatment plant, with performance commitments.
