Global public market energy performance Deferred Payment (MGPE-PD) for the energy and building renovation of 6 school groups in Petit-Quevilly APPLICATION PHASE This consultation concerns a global public performance market energy with deferred payment (MGPE PD) in accordance with the provisions of law no. 2023-222 of March 30, 2023 and passed as part of a procedure with negotiation according to articles R. 2171-15, R. 2124-3, R. 2161-12 et seq. of the public procurement code, with a view to the energy and building renovation of 6 School Groups, with greening of courtyards, in 3 phases of one year each (2 groups per phase); creation of a temporary school group of 17 classes, with a catering room as well as as a pantry/preparation area (heating trays, diving, etc.) in Petit-Quevilly. The Operation-Maintenance of the 6 School Groups over a period of 9 years is also included in this contract.
