The purpose of this consultation is to the award of a global performance market (hereinafter the market) having the design, the realization of new equipment /works as well as, the rehabilitation of existing equipment /works as well as the exploitation-maintance, including The Ger, from the wastewater treatment unit of the Chauviniere de Le Mans Metropole including the methanisation unit (hereinafter referred to as the unit). The market which will be concluded at the end of this procedure includes in particular: - the exploitation -maintance including the Ger of all Site installations, whether they are existing, reclassified/rehabilitated, or even new and this, under the conditions specified below, by ensuring in particular the continuity of service and all the guarantees taken out.
