The consultation concerns a global performance market aimed at the design, construction and operation-maintenance of the Frontignan swimming pool. The incumbent will be responsible for the design and implementation of the operation as well as the achievement of performance objectives defined by the contracting authority, particularly in terms of energy, functionality, environment and uses.
