The consultation concerns a global performance market aimed at the design, construction and operation-maintenance of the Frontignan swimming pool. The incumbent will be responsible for the design and implementation of the operation as well as the achievement of performance objectives defined by the contracting authority, particularly in terms of energy, functionality, environment and uses. This scope of services will allow, in addition to maintaining the installations and components of the equipment in good continuous working order, to guarantee the achievement of performance objectives and results commitments. The aim is to open the aquatic center in March 2030. The contract includes optional installments defined in specifications. Services are paid by fixed prices
