Global performance market for design, realization, operation and maintenance of the project to rehabilitate the former departmental archives building into the Center of History and Memory of Montpellier This consultation concerns a Global Performance Market for design, implementation of the operation and maintenance of the rehabilitation project of the old departmental archives building into the Center of History and Memory of Montpellier. The award procedure used is competitive dialogue. It is subject to the articles L. 2124-4, R. 2124-5, R. 2161-24 to R. 2161-31 and L. 2171-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The procedure is broken down into two distinct phases: - A first application phase called selection of applications at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit an offer will be selected; - A second phase of offer called offer at the end of which the successful bidder will be chosen. At the end of the application selection phase, 3 candidates will be selected to participate in the second phase. This is an ordinary market. The estimated amount is indicated in the consultation regulations.
