This consultation concerns a Global Performance Contract for the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of the rehabilitation project of the former departmental archives building into the Montpellier History and Memory Center. There procurement procedure used is competitive dialogue. It is subject to articles L. 2124-4, R. 2124-5, R. 2161-24 to R. 2161-31 and L. 2171-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The procedure is broken down into two distinct phases: - A first phase of application known as selection of applications at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit an offer will be selected; - A second phase of offer called offer at the end of which the successful bidder will be chosen. At the end of the selection phase of applications, 3 candidates will be selected to participate in the second phase. This is an ordinary market. The estimated amount is indicated in the consultation regulations. Services are paid by fixed prices
