The consultation aims to conclude an energy performance contract with design, construction, operation and maintenance (CREM) services on buildings and equipment in climate engineering (HVAC), electricity (lighting) and control. (GTC). This contract concerns a perimeter of 7 high-stakes buildings defined after submission of an inventory and an opportunity note. It covers energy management, operation, energy efficiency of production equipment heat/cold, domestic hot water, chilled water, renewable energy, ventilation and lighting installations as well as the envelope for certain buildings. The main objectives are: - A reduction in energy consumption (all fluids combined) at least 40% after works; - Compliance with current regulatory obligations (BACS decree, F-GAS, etc.); - Decarbonization of heating installations and a reduction in GHG emissions; - An increase in the share RE in energy consumption
