Sealed bids are due no later than Response Submission Time, prevailing time, on Response Submission Date, via the OpenGov Procurement Portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cheltenhamtownship.The project generally consists of removal and disposal of the existing slate roof and installation of a new shingle roofand related components necessary to provide a complete and watertight installation. All bidders shall create a FREE account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup. The responding bidder is solely responsible for all costs related to the preparation and submission of the bid.
