Description :
Glenelg Town Hall is a significant public building housing many artifacts of local significance including historical and artistic exhibits on the main floor and the gallery. The units servicing the gallery are at end of life and require replacement, specifically the outdoor units are in poor physical condition due to the salt air, removing the outdoor units for the gallery and the redundant plant will also allow for the refurbishment of the stone wall (works completed by others) while there is no mechanical plant in the way.
