Tender are invited for Remove and dispose of the existing ridge vents; secure new edge nailers to the structure; loose lay flute-filler insulation boards between the ribs of the existing metal roofing, loose lay second layer of insulation and cover board, simultaneously attach insulation system to roof structure with purlin fasteners and single ply weldable insulation plates; install thermoplastic single ply membrane and heat weld to insulation plates; provide new sheet metal flashings and accessories to provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly.
