Lot 1: Cleaning of easy-access windows Lot 2: Cleaning of difficult-to-access glazing PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT: The purpose of the contract is to provide glazing cleaning services for municipal buildings and the C.C.A.S. The consultation is divided into two (2) lots which are the subject of separate contracts: - Lot 1: Cleaning of easily accessible glazing; - Lot 2: Cleaning of difficult-to-access glazing. The description of the expected services and their technical specifications are indicated in articles 4, 5 and 6 of the C.C.P. common to all lots. MANDATORY VISIT: To prepare your response, you must carry out an on-site visit. This visit is obligatory for each lot. This will result in a certificate that must be attached to your offer. THE candidates must contact the management of the Maintenance department to make an appointment by telephone at 01.46.92.95.05 (followed by written validation by email) or by email at the following address [email protected] from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The visit is organized according to the following conditions: - Visits will be done in groups or individually; - Candidates are authorized to carry out all kinds of direct observations and note-taking, ratings or photos; - Candidates are not authorized to formulate oral questions or requests for clarification relating to the technical or administrative content of the consultation.
