The aim of the purchasing process is to guarantee high-quality services to citizens and companies and to make data available that are necessary for policy development and decision-making. To achieve this, the municipality of Veldhoven wants to have one uniform GISviewer and one BGT management system that meets all functional and technical requirements and meets additional wishes as much as possible. Employees of the municipality of Veldhoven also have easy access to the (basic) data relevant to them. The replacement of the GISviewer carries contributes to the theme 'Data-driven Working' and the services program. It can also contribute to insight into themes such as sustainability (charging stations), mobility (P&R), and energy transition (solar panels, heat maps).
