The purpose of this contract, governed by this Specification of Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP), is: - an annual photograph of the coastline outside the port and cliff; this will be orthorectified then provided in GIS format; - shots aerial survey of the coastal defense works of the Île de Ré on an annual basis, these will be orthorectified then provided in GIS format; - aerial shots of structures or the coastline following major events (storms, high tides); - 360° shots of PAPI structures, geolocated, 3D modeled and usable in 3D software in the ArcGisOnline software used by the Community of Communes of Île de Ré.
