Tender Details

The subject of the Public Procurement is part a) Delivery and implementation of data operation
warehouse in the field of economy and part b) ensuring technical support of the operation of the subject
Public contracts for at least 5 years from the handover of the subject of the Public Procurement.
The delivery will include reports and user training. The data warehouse will be accessible
for an unlimited number of users.
The subject of the public contract can be realized either by extension or by linking to the existing IS Ginis using web services an open integration platform of the IS Ginis Supplier.
Information about the open integration platform Ginis available on https://robot.gordic.cz/xrg.
The contracting authority is ensured with the existing IS Ginis supplier.
Data will be in the data warehouse:

approved budget,
budget Adjusting, booking (billing) and budget drawing. The data source will be
IS GINIS database (see Annex No.x - data sources). The database contains all
Economic data of the Office, ie. Accounting, budget, statements.
