**Amendment 04 - This amendment will be for an extension to the deadline of submissions. Offers will now be due by Tuesday, 17 June 2025 at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).**
**Amendment 03 - (Q&A).
1. Question: Regarding the pricing sheet for CLIN 0001 and others, could you provide clarification if this refers to the two trips required to perform the calibration, or if it represents two machines?
Answer: Requires two (2) machines to be calibrated with each trip that need to be completed twice a year.
**Amendment 02 - (Q&A).
1. Question: Please provide the specific Model and Maker of unit for this machine.
Answer: Please review the SOW for Model and Maker information.
2. Question: What level of calibration are you looking for?
Answer: Level of calibration that both machines are calibrated is as follows:

Sensitivity: 0.01 oz.in
Accuracy: 0.05 oz.in
Test weights were calibrated with respect to the following standards and equipment: Weights: 3.00 grams
Vendor Certifies that the weights are calibratred to ASTM E617-13 Class 7 tolerance. **
