Tender Details

1. Subject of the Order: Delivery of ready-made gift sets in 15 variants. The total volume is 270 sets. A detailed assortment specification of the contents of the sets can be found in Annex 1 to this inquiry. Suppliers are obliged to submit an offer for the full 15 variants of the sets. Suppliers are not allowed to submit partial offers under pain of rejection of the offer. The Ordering Party reserves the right to select several variants of sets, all variants of sets, and as well as the division of the order and the selection of different variants. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the purchase of all 15 variants and may reduce or increase the order volume.2. Terms of Order Completion Deadline: until October 31, 2026 Place of delivery: Approximately 12 Holcim locations in Poland. Delivery conditions: The kits are to be ready for release and delivered in strong bulk boxes to approximately 12 locations in Poland.3. Requirements for Bidders (Qualification Criteria)The managing merchant may request selected Suppliers for free samples of sets and additional information regarding the offer. The final selection of the Supplier will be made from among the offers submitted on the platform, taking into account price, quality and delivery conditions.4. Content and Method Preparation of the Offer Please include in the calculation and clearly indicate in the offer: Net and gross prices for each of the 15 variants.
