The 319 CONS is conducting market research only and seeking sources for companies to provide the following: maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, parts ordering, installation, repair of existing Giant Voice (GV), outdoor Mass Notification Systems (MNS) in operation at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, commercial practices, and manufacturer-s specifications as described in the attached Sources Sought with the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS).
