Short description of the procurement: The subject of this framework agreement is to purchase the right to use Microsoft licenses. The contracting authority does not divide the procurement into part, as the object of the contract is functionally working together or the product licenses required to achieve the same objective. Tenders are evaluated on the basis of the most economically favorable tender. In the case of a comparative evaluation, the contracting authority prefers the successful tenderer who submitted the tender in the public procurement register from the date and time to time. The contracting authority has the right to reject the tenders pursuant to the provisions of § 115 and 116 of the RHS. All tenders are confidential.
