Short description of the procurement: The National Library of Estonia provides the digitization service of the Estonian journalistic heritage source texts in accordance with the requirements set out in this technical description. The aim of the project is to digitize, segment, archive and publicly make it available for 550, 000 to 700, 000 pages in the digital archives of the National Library of Estonia. Estonian journalistic heritage, including foreign Estonian newspapers, Soviet newspapers and newspapers of the start of independence. The contracting authority shall make data on digital publications available as open data in the Linakand data format and publish information in the Rara Digital Laboratory (https://digilab.rara.ee/) and at the Estonian Open Data Information Gate Https://avaanded.eesti.ee/).
