The customer needs about 2-4 surveys per year and the planning of about one or two objects per year. The customer cannot tell exact amounts in advance or promise a certain amount of work during the contract period. The quantity estimates in the price list are only for comparing offers. The procurement is divided into three parts: Part 1: Geothermal survey (new site and renovation site) Part 2: Test well drilling and TRT measurement Part 3: Geothermal implementation planning and monitoring (a) new site, b) renovation site) The supplier can offer all sub-areas and can be selected for 1-3 sub-areas. The subscriber chooses a total of 2 contract partner per sub-area to carry out the works of part 1 and 2. The customer chooses 2-4 contract partners to carry out the work of part 3, depending on whether the same or different suppliers are selected for the new and renovation side. The subscriber can make a national threshold value subcontracting orders from the most suitable contract supplier in terms of the procurement need. In this case, the order can be placed directly from one contract supplier, and orders will use the prices given by the supplier in its offer. Exceeding the national threshold value the procurement is tendered separately. The basis for selection between bidders who have met the professional requirements and references is the best score.
