The purpose of this consultation is to designate several service providers for carrying out and interpreting geotechnical surveys, as well as carrying out geotechnical engineering missions in terms of road construction and buildings. Framework agreement with maximum entered into application of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. It will be awarded to a maximum of 4 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers) submitted competition during the award of contracts following the occurrence of the need(s) of the Department of Cher. The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. The framework agreement is concluded for a firm period of 4 years from the date of notification of the contract.
