This consultation constitutes a relaunch of the previous procedure DAF_2025_000498 declared without further action for reasons of general interest. The initial procedure was the subject of a notice n°4267362 published in BOAMP under n° 26-4834 and in the JOUE under n° 31900-2026. The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out geotechnical and hydrogeological investigation services (surveys and tests on site and in the laboratory) for transport infrastructure projects necessary for the development of the mobility in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The services of this framework agreement are carried out by lot and share the following geographical distribution: - LOT 01 AUVERGNE (single awardee): for the Departments of Allier, Puy de Dôme and Cantal and the Haute Loire, with no minimum amount and a maximum total amount excluding tax of 3, 000, 000 over the total duration of the market. - LOT 02 RHONE ALPES (single awardee): for the Departments of Rhône and Ain and Loire, Drôme and Ardèche, Savoie, Haute Savoie and Isère, with no minimum amount and a maximum total amount excluding tax of 4, 000, 000 over the total duration of the market.
