The market is unique and indivisible. Description of the services to be provided: *Installation of 400 new beacons in City of Liège vehicles; *the operating software will be available from an online platform and the application will be consultable at any time; *the successful bidder must plan several training sessions on the use of the software (approximately 35 users); any major software update will require new training for users; *A telephone helpdesk in French will be available every working day between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.; *The bidder will also offer a complete omnium service.
