Description: The tool will embark on a management process from the processing of the transport request until its realization and archiving. The tool will:

• Manage transport requests and draw road routes from exceptional convoys

• Integrate with attachment all the data related to these routes (convention, artwork studies, prefectural decrees, roadworks ...)

• Propose a route navigation and information exchange option on data from the map. • Make an update of regular mapping

• Propose an exploitable interface on mobile / tablet
