The subject of the contract is the preparation of geometric plans for the purchase of land affected by constructions: II/396 kr. III/4135 - III/4136 II/394 Bypass 1st st. (cr. II/394 x III/39410) and II/394 Neslovice - Ivančice (with the exception of land owned by municipalities, of the South Moravian Region and the Czech Republic - these are not the subject of fulfillment) including targeting of identical points for the creation of geometric plans, marking - stabilization with a pin (stabilization will be threatened by the construction, therefore it will be removed), invitation of all affected owners of land by registered letter, preparation of delineation protocols for the relevant workplace of the Cadastral Office for the South Moravian Region and for the owners and tenants of the land in question.
