1) Partial task No. 1 Geodetic division of real estate, marked in the land and building register with plot number 248/230, Skoroszyce district, Skoroszyce commune, Nysa poviat, in accordance with the Act on real estate management, in accordance with the Resolution of the Commune Mayor Skoroszyce No. IP.GN.6724.1.8.2026.KK of June 3, 2026 (graphic annex no. 7 to SWZ). Including the resumption of border signs along with with the possible carrying out of the plot demarcation procedure mentioned above. The execution of the order has been divided is divided into two stages: 1. STAGE I: The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with: a) originals of the necessary documents for legal purposes in order to obtain a decision approving the division of the real estate in paper form (4 copies of the map with the division design real estate, 4 copies of the list of land changes, 4 copies of the synchronization list if the designation of the land plots in the real estate cadastre is different than in the land and mortgage register, a protocol on the acceptance of the boundaries of the real estate subject to division, all bearing an office clause confirming admission to the national geodetic and cartographic resources), b) a copy of the geodetic survey...
