Montfort Renaissance (MRI) is requesting a lump-sum proposal for the complete design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and warranty of a 100-kw natural gas emergency power generation system in accordance with the project requirements and deliverables described in this NRFP. The work shall be substantially completed and fully operational no later than March 31, 2027. The document entitled “260710 - Montfort Renaissance - Feasibility Report - 162 Murray Street” (the “Feasibility Report”) is included as a reference document only and is provided for information purposes.The proponent shall be solely responsible for verifying existing conditions and validating all technical information, dimensions, quantities, assumptions, constraints, utility requirements, site conditions, code requirements, permitting requirements, and constructability considerations necessary to complete the work.
