This solicitation is restricted to qualified sources (Keysight Technologies, INC., CAGE 52708 and BAE Systems Information CAGE 12436 ). Contractors desiring to become a qualified source must submit a qualification package. Please see clause 52.209-1 and the attached Manufacturing Qualification Requirement for additional details.
