Specific activities and schedule
 Familiarisation with Malaria Consortium-s SMC portfolio and digital implementation to date,
along with information gathering already conducted by the SMC workstream for the
consultant to review (1 day)

 Development of semi-structured conversation guides to elicit learning and feedback from
internal stakeholders (1 days)
 Engagement with 6 SMC in-country focal points through one-to-one interviews using
conversation guide to collect direct feedback (4 days)
 Documenting and synthesizing internal SMC focal points- feedback (3 days)
 Synthesis of external stakeholder feedback undertaken and captured by SMC focal points
within the SMC work stream and analysis to support roadmap vision (4 days)
 Present draft SMC digital roadmap to key SMC internal experts and collate feedback (2 day)
 Revision of draft roadmap and documentation based on feedback from Malaria
Consortium-s technical review process (4 days)
 Preparation and submission of final drafts of documentation (2 days)
 Final submission of SMC road map
