Lake Park Blvd. to/ Route 421 to Fort Fisher Southport; South: Fort Fisher Southport to Route 211; West: Route 211 North to Route 401 East. (See attached Map)

- The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
- DEA will provide a risk/vulnerability assessment of the property on a case-by-case basis. This may include but is not limited to factors such as surveillance, operational security (OPSEC), surrounding area, agency requirements and restrictions etc. Results of this assessment may eliminate buildings from consideration.
- The facility must be fully sprinklered.
