Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition GSA Public Buildings Service
U.S. GOVERNMENT
The U.S. Government intends to award a new replacing lease using other than
full an open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security
Administration (TSA) that is expiring in Merced, CA at MERCED YOSEMITE
REGIONAL AIRPORT (MCE) 20 Macready Dr, Merced, CA 95341.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 711
ABOA SF (ANSI/BOMA) office area. The space must be located on airport
property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and
tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 711 ABOA SF
To submit a location for inspection, contact this office no later than 7:30PM PST
